Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Nope! After you first 3-month commitment, all our plans are month to month. We don't lock you in to long contracts because we know that we'll prove our value every month.

What marketplaces do you cover?

At this time we can only support removals and monitoring services for marketplaces and major retailers in the United States.

What is the onboarding process?

To get started, we ask for some basic information from you (name, email), and your products (typically the names of your brand and product lines).

We'll build your account and send you the log in information, and schedule a Kick Off Call to walk you through the product, get finalize approvals, and answer any questions.

If you decide to use Enhanced Enforcement, we'll schedule a free consultation call with one of our brand protection experts to diagnose your needs and provide a recommendation.

What if I want to cancel?

No problem (but we're sorry to see you go!) You can cancel at any time by emailing us at support@sigilprotects.com.

By default, all active investigations will stop being processed and the data in your account will be deleted. If you'd like us to store data for you, make sure you let us know before cancelling.

All brands have a dedicated support rep available to them. Your experience is incredibly important to us, so please reach out any time via email, phone, or video call. Although we can only promise to respond during normal business hours, we often respond outside those hours as well depending on the help you need.
